Welcome to Sagar Darshan Hotel. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Reservations

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
• Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) is required for all guests at the time of check-in.
• Booking requests made via WhatsApp or Phone call are subject to room availability and are confirmed only upon mutual agreement.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Hotel Rules

• Our restaurant serves pure vegetarian (Gujarati and Jain) food. Outside food may be restricted in certain areas.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and indoor public areas.
• Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises unless explicitly approved by management.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors.

4. Payment & Cancellation

• Payments are to be made directly at the hotel desk or through direct transfer as instructed during the booking process.
• Cancellation policies will be discussed during the booking confirmation. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or modify your reservation.
